Aidan Bell
Aidan works with CEOs, CFOs and senior leaders as a sounding board, adviser and coach. His work spans both leadership counsel and career strategy. He has a particular interest in working with newly appointed CEOs and CFOs in businesses of scale.
Aidan has spent over 20 years in executive advisory roles. He was formerly a Partner at Manchester Square Partners, the leadership advisory boutique and previously a Partner with Spencer Stuart the global executive search firm.
He lives in North Yorkshire and is passionate about nature, cricket and wellness.
