PHIL WHICHELLO

Phil works with CEOs, CFOs and senior leaders as a sounding board, adviser and coach. Integrating his expertise as a psychologist and a psychotherapist and his experience leading and consulting, he loves partnering with his clients to release blocks and create new possibilities that accelerate performance.

Phil has spent over twenty years coaching and consulting on leadership to some of the world’s most preeminent companies, private equity firms and government departments. He was formerly a Senior Director at YSC Consulting, a global leadership strategy consultancy, where he held various leadership roles and led some of YSC’s largest clients. Before then, he spent nearly ten years at Unilever in commercial roles.

He lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and their blended family.
